The prepaid vouchers for Tandems, aircraft flights or Virtual Reality Experience expire 1 year after they have been purchased. Once they have expired they can not be used.

The prepaid vouchers for Wind Tunnel expire 6 months after they have been purchased. Once they have expired they can not be used.

All the prepaid vouchers can be refunded up to 6 months after they have been purchased.
